Throughout our global community, poverty is manifested upon different dimensions with unique narratives and experiences. Thus, the most vulnerable communities should not be treated as invisible or classified within a certain stereotype or prejudice. No matter your background, nationality, gender, age, or other factors, your opinion should be listened to. Raise your voice, become aware of the diverse situations these marginalized individuals in society are experiencing, and further act to provoke a change!

Why "The Invisible Lyre"?

BACKGROUND

As Greek Mythology narrates, Greek god Apollo received a lyre from the God Hermes. This gold lyre made it possible for Apollo, the God of music, to turn objects like a stone into musical instruments. As the gold lyre enabled others to express themselves within music, the same figuratively occurs through this online platform. Instead of a gold lyre, the most vulnerable communities, the invisible in the eyes of society, should play their music, or raise their voice and share their stories: THE INVISIBLE LYRE...
